Financial breakdown

Revenue streams (regular ongoing income – advertising, retainers for work etc.)

The business’s own projects would have income but only after be made roughly around £18 per 1,000 views (on YouTube)

On Vimeo, you can have the choice of between people buying a video upfront by making your own subscription service, so subscribers pay £1 a month or they can rent or one-time purchase a video.

On TikTok, you can roughly make around £10 - £15,000 per post (depending on the view count/reach), this is another possible way to earn money on independent projects as this is a very popular app for viewing videos.

Income based on sales / work produced – will be estimated but be realistic

Smaller animations (GIFs/animation loops) - £100 - £1,000
Bigger projects/animation - £1,000 - £20,000

Startup costs – what do you need to buy to get going

Adobe Creative Cloud (has all of the apps) - £59.00/monthly (or £708.00/annually)
PC - £999
PC monitor - £110
Macbook Pro - £1,299.00 (portability? Though not fully needed if we have a PC)
Wacom Intuos Pro (small) - £199.99 or Wacom Cintiq 13 (has a screen monitor) - £520
Vimeo OTT service (possibly?) - £500/month (start up is free but this just includes add-ons)
Desk (with a corner added) - £215 (from IKEA)
Gaming Chairs (so it’s comfortable for animators) - £170

No need for an office space until business thrives a bit more and more people work there, can also be done remotely (but with the correct equipment and space)

Regular outgoings – what will regularly cost you money month by month

Adobe Creative Cloud would definitely cost something monthly, if we had an office space located in Norwich then it would roughly estimate around £450 per month.
